1.To get over the difficulties faced by the teachers during the pandemic all were provided laptops for conducting on- line class. It may be relevant to note that practically all the 1800 children have been participating online for the last 18 months with average attendance close to 90%.
2.Teachers have been undergoing various training programmes for upgrading their skill.
3.Outdoor personality and fellowship program for teaching and non- teaching staff have been organised to rejuvenate them.
